After our Airag experience we were off on a ride through the hills. Horsemen brought us horses and helped us to adjust the saddles and get on to the beasts. Sue's horse was a little stubborn and needed constant prodding from one of the Mongolians. The Mongolian version of 'giddy-up' is a blowing sound something like "Hue Hue".
