January 22 - After one of the best meals of our entire trip (a huge bowl of ceviche camaron -- shrimp marinated in tomato, lime, and orange juice) we walked around the central square in Baños. We bought a long green fruit that the locals claimed was 'guava', thought it looked and tasted nothing like the guava we knew -- more like a banana.
