As our bus was heading out of La Paz, on the way to Oruro, we encountered a large 'parade' on the main road. It turned out that these people were protesting the threat of war between America and Iraq -- it was an anti-Bush, anti-war protest march! As our bus passed by I got a few (blurry) photos of the protesters.
