We visited the fountain in the evening and saw people walking around a mini fountain at the centre of the fountain's base. Apparently three circuits with your hand touching the water is supposed to bring you good luck. No luck for us; we sat and watched for over 30 minutes, expecting a laser light show or some other spectacle. At 10 o'clock the announcer wished us all a goodnight and turned off all the lights. We went back to our hotel a little disappointed.
