An Atlantic Canada Cycling Tour
August 18-24, 2002

Saturday, August 24 Wood Islands to Charlottetown 63 km (39 mi.) We wound our way through old Irish and Scottish settlements toward Charlottetown. Historic Orwell Village, a collection of authentic PEI buildings from yesteryear made a great shaded rest stop. We followed the shoreline back to our end point at Charlottetown. Here Rudy propped the camera up on the big sign in front of this old church, and snapped a photo before eating his picnic lunch on the church steps.
