A camping trip to the Canadian Maritimes and Eastern United States.

Sunday, August 19, 2001 - Asheville Falls Campground, North Carolina. Another beautiful location, with a quiet lake next to our campsite. We often had roasted marshmallows over an open fire when we found campgrounds like this. Our camping trip started on July 1 and we returned home on August 26. That's a total of 56 days and slept in our tent for 42 of those nights. We drove a total of 15,057 kms not counting the 564 kms we cycled in Newfoundland. We arrived home, safe and happy, and ready for our next adventure, riding the Trans-Siberian Railroad.
