7/19/04: We spent a night in the town of Youghal (pronounced 'Yawl') which is an old port at the mouth of the River Blackwater. One of Youghal's more famous landmarks is the Clock Tower which sits astride the long main street. Of Georgian design the tower has been used as a prison and lately a museum (now closed).
