A Month in Guatemala

December 30, 2001 to February 4, 2002

December 30, 2001 to January 3, 2002, we joined Walter (Rudy's brother) and his wife Angie (in the black t-shirt) and their two boys, Jake and Adam in Guatemala. We met Walter's friends, Doug and Mary Reimer (enjoying a challenging game of Scrabble here under the shade of the beach hut), who were living in Guatemala City. Together with their children, we all went to the Pacific coast, to the small village of Monterico. We rented two cabins at 'Johnny's Place', and celebrated the New Year here.
