Waiting for our ship to sail

Another farewell meal. Clockwise, from the front: Rudy, Peter "Pasta" (a web designer friend of Carol and Ferdi), Peter Pelowsky and his 6-year-old daughter Cara, Carol, and Arthur. The seas just outside this fine harbour restaurant were still raging. On this particular weekend they had been so rough that the harbour master had ordered many of the boats out into the sea, since the danger of them or their cargo crashing into other boats in the bay because of the big waves was a real possibility.
