July 16 -- Doug and Shirley had a major blowout on their rear tire today. While Rudy and Sue suffered a huge downpour and spent much of the morning drying out in the washroom of an A&W restaurant in Yamachiche, Doug and Shirley sat and waited 3 hours for the van to bring them a replacement tire.
