Some car companies use the Dakar Rally as a endurance test for new technologies. The vehicles sure looked impressive as they passed by. We think we'll probably get another chance to see some of them while we're in Mendoza, where the race will be on the 9th of January. On Saturday, January 3, at 7:30pm, we left Buenos Aires on an overnight bus to Mendoza.
