Trekking in Nepal

November 1 to 11, 2002

Sunday, November 03. We followed the subtropical Modi Khola River valley to Birethanti, a large village on the old Nepal Tibet trading route. The stoney pathway led steadily upwards, and we made frequent stops to look up and take in the terrific views along the way.
