Back in Bangkok for a few days before our Laos tour departed, Winston and we went on a tour to the Khlong Damnoen Saduak Floating Market (104 kms southwest of Bangkok). After stopping at a service station to buy my snazzy shorts, we made a stop at a coconut plantation and watched a coconut candy making demonstration.
