October 9, 2001 - St Petersburg

Today we toured the Hermitage (the Winter Palace). We saw works by Rembrandt, Monet, Leonardo di Vinci, just to name a few. We also saw the great entrances and living quarters of Catherine II, who lived in the winter palace.

In the evening we went to the culture show.
