Richard had once been a captain on a racing sailboat and had travelled around the world. One of the stories he told us was about his encounter with the Queen of England, after his sailing team had won a race. It was there that Richard was asked to make a toast to the Queen, and not knowing exactly what to say, lifted his glass and said "Hey, hey!" It was quite a funny story, and for the rest of our trip, "Hey, hey!" became Rudy and Sue's toast as well.
