Upon our arrival in Franschhoek we learned that Paul and Shirley Martens of Kleefeld were also in South Africa. It was from them we first learned of Bird Cottage, and so we arranged to go out for dinner. Here's Sue, Rudy, Paddy, Shirley, Paul, and Graham. Paddy and Graham were the owners of the farm where Bird Cottage was.
