Our guide introduced herself as 'Aida' (that's her on the right). As we headed out past some of the 'beanyards' she told us a little about some of them: how the wineries were introduced to Argentina by Italian immigrants, how some of these 'beanyards' belong to the biggest wineries of Argentina today. It seemed that most of the passengers were Spanish, from Colombia, and from Argentina. Two boys, one from San Francisco and the other from Belgium (named Rudy), were the only other English-speaking tourists. I listened to my ipod and Sue was dozing.
