Our first day at the apartment we were disappointed when the cable TV wasn't connected and there was no internet. And, perhaps most serious of all, there was no coffee maker! Susana, our landlady, quickly remedied that. Cable and internet were connected the next morning. We bought a Bodum coffee maker at the nearby Bonafide coffee shop. And one morning a brand new toaster was waiting for us with Hector, the security guard!
